Returns & Final Sale

Because many Maison & Patina pieces are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or available in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Vintage and found objects naturally show signs of age and previous use, including variations, patina, wear, and other imperfections. We believe these details are part of what makes each piece special. We make every effort to photograph and describe the condition of each item accurately and encourage you to review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can assist with a shipping claim.

Please keep all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
